This class will have the studio full of fresh flowers, brighting up our winter weekends. Drawing from life always adds extra to any artwork. 

Together we discover the vibrant world of Van Gogh in this new oil pastel class! This session is all about capturing the energy and color of flowers in Van Gogh’s bold, expressive style — a sister class to our popular Van Gogh ink drawing workshop. Using oil pastels, we’ll experiment with rich textures and hues inspired by Van Gogh’s famous floral compositions.  

As Van Gogh once said, “If one truly loves nature, one finds beauty everywhere.” And nowhere is that more evident than in his love for flowers and colour!  

This class includes a set of 24 oil pastels. 

The studio is at 34 West George St, further information will be emailed after the class is booked. Please be aware that the studio location has several steps at the entrance.
