Partick Bridge, looking back towards the gothic spire of the university as it rises above Kelvingrove park, a steampunk rocket set for blast-off. - Guardian 4th September 2017
Kelvingrove museum has to be one of my very favourite buildings. I have many a childhood memory of this building. My Gran had an office here, she worked researching and creating displays. She was a botanist, but she did tell stories of catching mice and taking them to the taxidermist. Posed perfectly for the glass box scene.

I was asked by Single Track Gallery to visit Skye, this was the first time for me. I was invited to stay in Willie Mcleod's cottage, you will see this featured on Skye Cottages. I wandered for a week in the area of Kilmaluag. The artwork I created was then shown that summer at Single Track Gallery and Coffee shop.
This trip inspired Rubha Hunish , Skye Cottages and Portree.
You can purchase the Rubha Hunish print here.

The Dazzle ship is simply beautiful, especially on a day when the sky is blue and the sunlight is bouncing the reflections off the water. This is a project by Ciara Phillips, find out more by watching the video below.
